Job Description :
- Should manage all sales activity for the company product portfolio and policy within an assigned region
- Works cross-functionally with other internal departments to maximize sales efforts.
- Acts as a liaison between headquarters and field to ensure effective two-way
communication that will drive results. - Establishes, defines and manages a clear strategic direction and goal attainment
targets for his area. - Appointment new distributors and directs and develops them in the field within the
region to drive individual and group performance. - Provide support and coaching to distributors in assigned regions to facilitate a high
level of product sales and contribute to corporate and divisional objectives. - Defines and manages the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Proactively monitors and reports on issues affecting the region, including pricing,

Job Summary:
The Extrusion Officer is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring plastic extrusion machines to produce high-quality tubing as per specifications. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards while ensuring minimal waste and downtime..
- Operate and monitor extrusion machines for medical-grade tubing/products
- Set parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) as per SOPs
- Ensure product quality, dimensions, and compliance with standards
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain production records and batch documentation
- Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene requirements
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and approvals
- Minimize material wastage and improve process efficiency
- Conduct preventive maintenance and report breakdowns
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of plastic extrusion processes (tubing, profiles, sheets).
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (micrometer, calipers, gauges).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for machine adjustments and minor repairs.
- Willingness to work in shifts and in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma / CIPET / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics, or Polymer preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Extrusion in plastics manufacturing (medical tubing experience is an advantage).

Job Description:
- Set up and optimize injection/blow molding machines for medical components
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and cleanroom standards
- Develop and validate molding processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)

- Troubleshoot defects like flash, shrinkage, and warpage
- Coordinate with QA, R&D, and production teams
